AQGS
Application
This is a system that controls the metal glow plugs for the AQGS in which the performance of increasing the temperature has been improved in comparison with the QGS-type power distribution control system. Due to the use of a microcomputer that monitors the power distribution status and semiconductor devices (FET) for power distribution, accurate time control and temperature control by the PWM control are possible. In addition, a failure diagnosis function that is compliant with the European and North American restrictions is available.
Features
- The rapid temperature rise control shortens start-up time.
- The PWM controls the temperature.
- Intercommunication with the ECU through the CAN is available.
- A failure diagnosis function that is compliant with the European and North American restrictions is available.
QHS
Application
This is a system that controls the power distribution to the air heater in order to improve the starting performance of the diesel engine. It contributes to a clean-air environment by supplying power to the air heater after the engine has started to thereby improve ignition performance.
Features
- Due to the long-time post-heating, it helps reduce emissions until it becomes warm.
- The white smoke and bad smell generated immediately after start-up are considerably reduced.
QGS
Application
This is a system that controls the power distribution to the glow plugs in order to improve the starting performance of a diesel engine. It contributes to a clean-air environment by supplying power to the glow plugs even after the engine has started to thereby improve ignition performance.
Features
- Energy-saving effects can be expected due to rapid heating.
- The white smoke and bad smell generated immediately after start-up can be reduced.
