Features

• The minimum diameter that the throw-away tipped drill can process is φ9.5.
• Inventory control is easy. (φ9.5 to 114.48 mm blade-diameter chip are usable with a 12-size holder.)
• A deep hole for which the depth is up to 32D (process diameter x 32) can be processed.
• The holder can be used for both drill tips and flat-bottomed tips.
• The drill can be used with machines with low horsepower and low rigidity because it is very sharp.

Application
This product is used for cutting, grooving processing, inclination processing, helical processing, and corner-blade chamfer processing.

Features
Blade diameter of φ8 to 14 is standardized. “ZM3” has been adopted as a tip, and a longer life than that of the high-speed end mill can be stably obtained.
With the addition of a tip with a central blade, various types of processing have been enabled.

Application
This product is used for slice-processing of non-ferrous metals, such as aluminum alloy, at machining centers.

Features
With the adoption of PCD throw-away tip and blade-tip fine-adjustment mechanisms, high-precision processing and good finished-surface roughness are realized. In addition, Ultra-high speed rotation is supported with the dynamic balance adjustment.
